Ranchelle is the author of The Empowered Entrepreneur and the publisher of The Empowered Entrepreneur Magazine, a platform devoted to exploring leadership, visibility, and success without hustle or performance. She is also the former host of the podcast Ignite Your Success with Ranchelle, as well as the former host of Clarity, Confidence Connection Online Summits, where she shared conversations on leadership, marketing, and conscious business.

Her background includes owning and operating a sales and marketing agency, speaking on international stages, co-authoring four books, and becoming the first woman to own a Curves franchise in Canada.
