Kaleigh Rogers, LCSW, MPA, CCTP, is a traumatic stress expert and the visionary CEO and Founder of Shine His Light LLC as well as VP of the Broken Arrow Wranglers Foundation. With over a decade of hands-on experience in suicide prevention, addiction recovery, and trauma healing, Kaleigh has seen the cracks in the mental health system and has emerged as a beacon of hope, courageously leading a movement for change. Prior to her entrepreneurial successes, Kaleigh received two distinguished master’s degrees and then led a successful career in corporate healthcare. She walked away from a 6-figure income and successful corporate career to lead the better way forward. Kaleigh’s personal journey is as inspiring as the lives she touches. Having battled and triumphed over workaholism and burnout, a brain injury diagnosis, and dead ends in the business world, she shares her story to lift women entrepreneurs as she climbs.
