It is the intention of eWomenNetwork to create an exciting, memorable and enriching Conference experience for all of its attendees. Every investment we make in the production of this event is designed to delight, entertain and uplift. With this in mind, we declare the following as essential to the success of this event:

The Conference proceedings will be photographed and videotaped. Images captured will be used solely for the purpose of preserving and promoting this event. By attending this Conference you are granting eWomenNetwork permission to use your voice and image as part of our marketing and promotion efforts in various collateral materials and online media. Attendees further waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, televising, or other publication of these materials. Attendees also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or film taken by eWomenNetwork or our contracted photographers and video cameras.

Only registered exhibitors may display products and conduct sales transactions within the Hotel. Any attendee found to be selling their products from their hotel room, or to have arranged on-site sales as part of their interactions, will be ejected from the Conference immediately.

There will be a number of functions where alcoholic beverages may be available. No one under 21 may consume alcohol. Conference management and hotel staff reserve the right to limit consumption to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.

While there will be Security personnel to guard the Conference area, eWomenNetwork assumes no liability, for the loss of personal property while attending the Conference. Attendees should take the normal precautions and utilize all mechanisms provided by the Hotel to secure valuables.
